Note: ikamper keys ship USPS 1st class envelope w/ no tracking. Please allow for 5-10 business days for them to arrive. (otherwise the cost to ship them would be more than the cost of the keys. Thanks for your understanding)
Please note which lock cylinder number you have. The lock cylinder is located in the center of the mounting bracket lock cover, or the center of the tent shell latch. The key number for iKamper 3.0 tents and locks will start with a K, whereas older 1.0 and 2.0 tents and lock sets will start with a number.
Read the last digit of your lock number, order the appropriate matching set of keys that matches your LAST number on the cylinder (starting with a K or a Number)
UPDATE Keys 5-23-26: Recently, we have run into more and more ikamper keys that do NOT work despite matching the key number, the actual engraved key "pattern" or both. This has been especially true with keys starting with a "K" versus a "#" (1,2,3...) Therefore, please note that all key sales are FINAL and no refunds can be given for "does not work" on my tent latch or locks. Order at your own risk. If you would like us to visually "match" your key pattern before ordering, please send a high resolution photo to us after ordering and we will get back to you before sending a key. Once you order, we will contact you for your photo. If you do not respond within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.

- From the cart page be sure that 'Package Protection' is turned off (slider button turns from light blue to grey). Then click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
- After entering your email address, under the Delivery method section select 'Pick up', then 'Continue to payment'.
- Verify that your delivery method says Pick up in store at our Wheat Ridge, CO location and enter your payment info.
