Many items will not be on the website and will be available at the in-person sale events the last 3 weekends of September.  Everything must go before our move!

TERMS OF THE SALE:

• - Sale prices are for CASH or ACH Bank Payment.  An additional 3% will be added for any credit card payments at the sale events. 
• - Some used garage sale items are cash only. (20% will be added for credit card payment on these items. These items will be marked.
• - Prices are subject to change at any time for any reason we deem fit.
• - Dates of the sale events are subject to change  (especially if we run out of inventory and there is no longer a reason to continue the sale. Inventory is limited, don't miss out, inventory is limited on some items)
• - PRICES ARE FOR PICKUP IN THE BOX AT OUR WAREHOUSE ONLY (Sale prices do not apply to products shipped or installed in some cases. Installation is NOT available for all products).
• - ITEMS MUST BE CARRIED OUT ON THE DAY OF THE SALES UNLESS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.  (Due to our impeding move, items not carried out must be picked up within 5 business days of purchase.)  Bring straps, a trailer, help with you to load.  Installation may NOT be available for all items.
• - INVENTORY CANNOT BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT
• - ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES.   (Complete store terms and conditions also apply)
• - WARRANTY on products is through the manufacturer, not our store and are not grounds for return
